Established in 1983 by Bob Wake, Northern Property Valuers has provided property valuation services in North Queensland with a number of owners over the years. In recent years Northern Property Valuers commenced valuation services in Papua New Guinea, Townsville, South-East Queensland and Melbourne.

Bruce has twelve years’ experience within the valuation field. He has a Bachelor of Business Degree (Information Systems) and Diploma in Property Studies. Previously he has worked for Herron Todd White, Emerald as Residential Property Valuer and Propell National Valuers in Cairns for two years ending in 2012. He has extensive knowledge of the North Queensland property market including the Cairns, Port Douglas, Coastal regions, and more recently has covered the Atherton Tableland markets since working at Northern Property Valuers.
Chris has been employed by Northern Property Valuers since September, 2003. She was previously employed, for a number of years, by Primac Elders Limited as a Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager. Chris’ real estate experience has given her a good knowledge of the property industry, which is an advantage to our clients.
Annette has been employed by Northern Property Valuers since February 2014. Having prior experience within the construction and agriculture industries ensures clear and efficient communication with clients. Her duties include preparing files, communicating with clients, typing valuation reports and data collection.
Russell Jarred completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Queensland in 1985. He is a Registered Property Valuer in Queensland (VRBQ) and is also a Certified Practicing Valuer (AAPI) member of the Australian Property Institute. Russell has 15 years experience in private valuation practice. He worked for JLL (formerly Propell National Valuers) since 2008 in Far North Queensland. Previously working in Brisbane prior to that. Russell has extensive experience in the local authority areas of Cairns, Douglas, Mareeba, Tablelands and the Cassowary Coast. Involved in residential, rural lifestyle and rental assessments.
Michael has been employed by Northern Property Valuers since January 2017. Michael has completed a Bachelors Degree in Property with Central Queensland University. Recently being registered in Queensland as a property valuer.
Ivona is the most recent addition to the Northern Property Valuers team bringing with her over 10 years of experience in Property sales. She was previously employed by Ray White Rural Mareeba where she developed her passion for property. Ivona now has her degree in Property with CQ University. Ivona is now also an AAPI, Certified Practicing Valuer.
