Most of our involvement in family separation is between ex-spouses who have owned a property together or between siblings who have owned a property together. These times can be the most difficult for people and we understand that. We understand that there is a need for us to be professional and unbiased in these circumstances.

Our Approach

The major concern for parties that are involved is that the end value is fair. Our valuation reports are open and transparent, they are what we call in the valuation profession as ‘Full Speaking’ reports. They explain fully to the reader how we arrive at our conclusion with all the evidence addressed and commented on. In the most sensitive of cases, we are aware of our role as an expert witness.

The Process

Our process requires that all questions be shared with us as well as the other party, our response will also include both parties so there is no trust lost with the process, whether this is during the inspection and reporting phase or after the report has been delivered. We will continue to work with all parties to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed.
